The season might be cooling down, but Hard Rock Cafe Chicago is heating things up and going global with a new menu inspired by the hottest ethnic flavors. Beginning Monday, August 29 through Sunday, October 2, Hard Rock Cafe Chicago will offer a limited-time Smoke, Fire & Spice menu, which draws inspiration from the seasonings and sauces of popular street food found around the world including Asia, Africa and more.
Smoke, Fire & Spice menu items include:
• Harissa Chicken – grilled chicken seasoned with a mix of dried chilies, coriander, ground caraway seeds and garlic, inspired by flavors from Morocco
• Kalbi Shrimp – grilled shrimp marinated in soy sauce, fresh garlic, fresh ginger and sesame seeds, this spice packs a sweet heat inspired by the flavors of Korea
• Satay Beef – beef seasoned in a fresh peanut, garlic, chili, mirin and soy sauce mix, inspired by flavors from Malaysia and Thailand
• Jamaican Jerk Pork – slow-cooked pulled pork marinated in a fiery mix of habanero peppers, ginger, thyme, green and yellow onions, black pepper, allspice and garlic, inspired by flavors from Jamaica
Each entrée will be served on a sizzling skillet accompanied by fresh flatbread, marinated salad mix, grilled vegetables, mixed cheeses and complementary dipping sauces. Additionally, Hard Rock Cafe Chicago will offer jumbo wings tossed with your choice of available Smoke, Fire & Spice flavors.
